5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

Please wait for up to 24 hours for automatic verification

If the issue continues, contact us with payment proof and transaction details

Eligible failed transactions are usually refunded according to bank/payment provider timelines.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is available:

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details

Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may result in service restrictions
